- Developing strategies, policies, projects, organizing programs and organizations for our students to improve their career planning and individual competencies in order to maximize their preference before and after graduation,
- Contributing to the business, internship and personal development of our students with university-private sector and university-public collaborations,
- To research job opportunities for prospective students who will graduate from undergraduate and graduate programs,
- To organize promotional meetings under the name of “Career Days” by bringing together institute students and various organizations from different sectors,
- To support the career planning and personal development of our students and graduate candidates through various seminars, meetings and individual interviews, to assist them in writing an effective CV and having a successful interview,
- Bringing employment opportunities together with relevant candidates,
- To organize student communication surveys periodically,
- To contribute to students’ internship periods, to make connections regarding their employment in professional business life and to guide students to be included in the IZTECH graduate database,
- To establish mentoring relationships that will bring together institutions and organizations with our students,
- To convey up-to-date information about our students and graduate candidates to internal stakeholders (our departments, faculty members, Technopark and Atmosphere TTO), as well as to ensure that students and graduate candidates can manage their career development with up-to-date external stakeholder connections and needs,
- To strengthen the communication between our students and alumni,
- With our students, student clubs and alumni; by building a bridge between them, to produce projects on the promotion of IZTECH’s activities.
