- To organize strategy, policy, project, program and organization regarding career planning and development,
- To research job opportunities for students who graduated from the undergraduate and graduate programs of the institute,
- To IZTECH students and graduate candidates; To gain competencies in career planning, job search, presenting professional and personal knowledge and to plan, coordinate and support training and publication activities to improve them,
- To organize promotional meetings under the name of “Career Days” by bringing together IZTECH students and various organizations from different sectors,
- To conduct research on career planning and development, business areas and opportunities, and career orientation expectations of the target audience,
- Helping IZTECH students and graduate candidates in writing effective CVs and having a successful interview in various seminars, meetings and individual interviews,
- To create a periodically updated information bank system in order to increase the employment opportunities of our students and graduate candidates within the framework of internship and business life and in line with the demands,
- To analyze the employment demands in accordance with the profile of students and graduates and to provide the necessary guidance to our students and graduate candidates in this direction, to support the relevant units in the direction of our graduates,
- In addition to career planning days, to provide communication for IZTECH students and graduate candidates with the organizations that request personnel and the institutions and organizations where our graduates work
- To provide and support the announcement of the events and success news about IZTECH students and graduates through the website and social media,
- To monitor the career development of IZTECH graduates employed at home and abroad, and to contribute to the sharing of success stories in order to introduce IZTECH and inspire students,
- In accordance with the mission and vision of our institute, to produce projects and strategies that direct the accumulation and success of our students and graduate candidates in a way that will contribute to the youth of our country,
- Increasing merit and competence in public employment, created by the T.R. Presidency Human Resources Office. To inform IZTECH students and alumni about the activities and platform employment to be organized within the scope of “Career Gate”, a digital platform developed with the integration of e-Government for the sharing of internship, part-time and full-time job advertisements with the public more effectively and transparently,
- To cooperate with national and international institutions, organizations and non-governmental organizations in the fields of activity of KARDES.
